The Ghana International Petroleum Conference (GhIPCON) is Ghana’s premier platform for discourse on the petroleum downstream sector. Organized by the National Petroleum Authority in collaboration with the Ghana Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors (CBOD) and the Association of Oil Marketing Companies, and under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy, GhIPCON brings together regional and international experts, policymakers, and industry leaders.
The conference aims to provide insights into best practices, regulatory policies, operational strategies, innovation, financing, and investment opportunities within the industry. Following the success of the 2024 conference held at the Accra Marriott Hotel, which focused on "The Petroleum Downstream: Building a Future for Growth, Efficiency, and Sustainability," we are excited to announce that planning is underway for GHIPCON 2026. This upcoming edition will continue to build on the momentum, addressing current challenges and opportunities in the petroleum downstream sector.
